Sophie has been cooking for over 20 years and has been lucky enough to travel the world with her work, cooking for royalty and notable VIPs. For 8 years she lived and worked in Dubai as Head Chef to H.R.H. Princess Haya, and has cooked on super yachts, in private villas across the Med, luxury ski chalets in the Alps, shooting lodges in Scotland, film sets, Directors' dining rooms and top catering companies in London and across the U.K.
Sophie qualified from Tante Marie School of Cookery and is passionate about creating delicious food inspired by her rural upbringing and professional training in the U.K. along with her travels and work across Europe and the Middle East. Her style is typically classic with a modern twist.
Sophie lives with her husband and two children in the beautiful Wye Valley near Monmouth.
